Brief Detail: Tasmin is a PhD student at the School of Faculty of Engineering, Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She completed her MPhil from the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia and her BSc in civil engineering from the Bangladesh University of Technology (BUET). She holds 7 years of experience as a Transportation Engineer in the Roads and Highways Department (RHD), Bangladesh. Her current research endeavours to develop a conflict-based real-time pedestrian crash risk estimation framework using Extreme Value Modelling approaches. The traffic movement trajectory variables involved in this study are extracted by the deep neural network-based automated video analytics.
